We ship within the United States only. The $100 threshold is measured on the merchandise total after any discounts and before tax. Carrier transit time is additional to production time.
FREE Locker Pickup — Midtown Savannah
Free locker pickup is available in Midtown Savannah at any order value, with no minimum purchase. Our Savannah team prepares pickup orders locally. Production normally takes 3–7 business days, and waiting for an available locker can add time. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup email from support@wearbn.com before visiting. It gives you the exact pickup location and your locker details and code, and asks you to reply to confirm you’ve received it.
Pickup is available every day, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time. Your 48-hour collection window starts when you receive the ready-for-pickup email. When you confirm you’ve received it, we reply with your exact collection deadline. If your order is not collected within that window, we move it from the locker to safe holding while we arrange another pickup with you. If you haven’t confirmed receipt and the locker is needed for another order, we contact you and move your order to safe holding while we arrange another pickup. Moving an order to safe holding does not cancel or refund it.
Returns & exchanges
WearBN apparel is made to order. Once production begins, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-selected sizing, color, or change of mind. Please check the size guide and your selections before ordering.
Changes and cancellations. For a change or cancellation before production begins, email support@wearbn.com as soon as possible. Sending a request does not itself confirm the change or cancellation; please wait for our confirmation.
If we get it wrong. If we supply the wrong item, size, or color, contact support@wearbn.com with your order number. We will replace it at no charge, including any necessary shipping.
Damage, misprints and pressing defects. For damaged items, misprints, or pressing defects, email support@wearbn.com within 30 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a free replacement or refund when appropriate.
Before returning anything. Contact support@wearbn.com before returning anything and wait for our instructions. If a return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Please do not leave returns at the Savannah pickup lockers.
The same policy applies to shipped orders and Savannah pickup orders.
