Privacy Policy

How WearBN collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit wearbn.com, place an order, use our forms or email us. Effective date: September 30, 2026.

Who we are

This policy covers wearbn.com and the orders, forms and emails connected to it. WearBN is a brand owned by Buck Nation Worldwide LLC. For now, orders placed on wearbn.com are sold by Optimal Graphix LLC, which collects payment for them. Buck Nation Worldwide LLC’s Savannah team prepares and hands over Savannah locker pickup orders on Optimal Graphix LLC’s behalf. In this policy, “we” means Optimal Graphix LLC and Buck Nation Worldwide LLC, each for the part of WearBN it handles.

Questions about this policy or your information: support@wearbn.com, or by mail to Optimal Graphix LLC (WearBN), 1729 NW Saint Lucie West Blvd # 1111, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986.

Information we collect

When you place an order. Your email address, your name, your billing address, your shipping address if you choose delivery, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and an order note. When you order through our standard checkout, a Savannah locker pickup order needs your billing address but does not keep a shipping address. Express payment buttons work differently, as described under When you pay. We also keep what you ordered, whether you chose delivery or Savannah locker pickup, any coupon used and the order totals. Our store software also records the IP address and browser details used to place the order, and how you arrived at the store for that order, such as the referring website or campaign link, the type of device, and how many pages you viewed in that visit.

When you pay. You can pay through Stripe or PayPal. Through Stripe you can pay by card, with Link (Stripe’s service for saving and reusing payment details), with Cash App Pay, or from a U.S. bank account. On product, cart and checkout pages you may also see express payment buttons, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, when your device and browser support them. If you choose PayPal, you are taken to PayPal’s website to complete your payment.

Who collects the payment. Optimal Graphix LLC, the seller of WearBN orders, collects payment through its own Stripe and PayPal accounts and handles refunds and chargebacks. Your card or bank statement may show OPTIMAL GRAPHIX LLC, and your PayPal activity may show Optimal Graphix, for a WearBN order. If you have a question about a charge, email support@wearbn.com.

  • You enter your card or bank details into payment fields provided by Stripe, or confirm the payment with the service you choose (such as Link, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal). Those details go to that service, not to us. We do not receive or store your full card number or bank account number.
  • If you pay from a bank account through Stripe, Stripe may ask you to sign in to your bank through Stripe to confirm the account, or to enter your routing and account numbers.
  • To process a payment, we send Stripe or PayPal the order number and amount together with details from your order, such as your name, email address, phone number (if given), billing address and the items ordered. For a delivery order, we also send the shipping address. For a Savannah locker pickup order placed through our standard checkout, we remove the shipping address from the order before payment, send no shipping address to Stripe or PayPal, and tell PayPal that no shipping is needed. Express payment buttons work differently, as described below. Stripe can use your email address to send you a payment receipt.
  • If you pay with PayPal, PayPal may share with us the name, email address, phone number and address you use with PayPal, so that we can complete and deliver your order.
  • These payment records are held in Optimal Graphix LLC’s Stripe and PayPal accounts, so Optimal Graphix LLC can see them, including the amount, the order number, your name, email address and billing details, and limited payment details such as the card brand and last four digits or your PayPal account email address.
  • If you use an express payment button, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, the payment window asks for a shipping address before you choose delivery or pickup, including when you then choose Savannah locker pickup. The name, email address, phone number and addresses you choose to share from that service can go to Stripe, which provides these buttons, and to us, so that shipping options can be shown and your order completed. If you choose pickup, we do not keep that shipping address with your order.
  • We receive confirmation of the payment, a payment reference and limited details about how you paid, such as the payment method type, which we keep with your order.
  • Stripe’s payment tools on our pages, and PayPal on its own website, collect information about your device and browser, including your IP address, and use cookies or similar technology to prevent fraud and keep payments secure.

Stripe and PayPal also use payment information for their own purposes, such as preventing fraud and meeting legal requirements. Their privacy policies explain how: Stripe Privacy Policy and PayPal Privacy Statement. If you use Cash App Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, that provider’s own privacy terms also apply.

When you check an order’s status. The Track Your Order page asks for your order number and the email address on the order. They are used only to find the order and show its status; the page does not save them.

When you use our forms.

  • Contact: your name, email address, order number (optional), the topic and your message.
  • Wholesale & Teams: your name, email address, team or organization, city and state, estimated quantity, the date you need the order by and the details you send.
  • Ambassador application: your age range (13 to 17, or 18 or older; we do not ask for your date of birth), your name, email address, city and state, social profile links (optional), why you want to represent BN and, for applicants aged 13 to 17, a parent or guardian’s email address.
  • Pickup planning, for Savannah locker pickup orders: your order number, your phone number, whether you plan to collect or need another arrangement, and your planned date and time or your message. We use this phone number only to coordinate your pickup, not for marketing.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address and your agreement to receive our emails.
  • Product waitlist: your email address and the product you want to hear about.

With every form entry our website also records the date and time, the page it was sent from, your IP address and your browser details.

When you email us. Your email address and what you write to us.

Automatically, when you browse. Cookies, described below. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs of requests to the site, which include IP addresses, the pages requested, browser details and the time.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers or driver’s license numbers. Payment details are entered into Stripe’s payment fields or the payment service you choose, not into ours.

How we use it

  • To take, make, ship and hand over your order, including Savannah locker pickup, and to send you order and pickup emails.
  • To answer your questions and requests, and to review ambassador applications and wholesale and team inquiries.
  • To tell you when a waitlisted product is available and, if you signed up, to send newsletter emails about new drops, stories and ambassador opportunities. Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.
  • To measure which websites, searches and campaigns bring visitors to our store and lead to orders, using the order-source cookies described below.
  • To keep the website, our store and our customers secure, and to prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To keep business, tax and accounting records and to meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the following, and only as far as each needs it for the purposes above.

  • Our team, including Buck Nation Worldwide LLC’s Savannah team, which prepares pickup orders and hands them over on Optimal Graphix LLC’s behalf.
  • Production. Optimal Graphix LLC prints, packs and ships delivery orders itself, using the items ordered and the customer’s name, shipping address, email address and phone number (if one was given). A Savannah locker pickup order is prepared by Buck Nation Worldwide LLC’s Savannah team on Optimal Graphix LLC’s behalf (see Our team above) and has no shipping address, so no shipping address is shared for it. This includes any address an express payment button sent before you chose pickup, which we do not keep with a pickup order (see When you pay).
  • Payment providers. Stripe and PayPal, which process payments on our store, as described under When you pay above. If you pay with Cash App Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, that provider also handles your payment.
  • Between Optimal Graphix LLC and Buck Nation Worldwide LLC. They share order information only as far as needed to sell, prepare and hand over orders, provide customer service, handle refunds and chargebacks, and keep sales records, including the records used to calculate Buck Nation Worldwide LLC’s share of sales.
  • Hosting and email. Bluehost hosts our website and its database, and runs our email.
  • Shipping. Pirate Ship, the shipping software we use to buy postage and print labels, is connected to our store and can read our order records, including your name, shipping address, contact details and the items ordered. The carrier that delivers a shipped order receives the name and address on the label.
  • Store software statistics. Our store software (WooCommerce) sends its developer, Automattic, usage statistics about our store, including anonymous information about where orders came from. It does not send your name, email address or addresses.
  • Google Fonts. Our pages load one typeface from Google’s servers, so your browser sends Google your IP address and browser details when you visit. Google’s own privacy policy describes how it handles that information.
  • Website service providers whose tools we use to build, maintain and fix the website may be able to see information stored on it while doing that work.
  • When the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect our rights, our customers or others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores for a website. Our site sets these cookies itself:

  • Cart and checkout cookies from our store software keep your cart and checkout working as you move between pages. They last for your visit or for up to two days.
  • Order-source cookies (names starting with sbjs_). These are measurement cookies from our store software’s order-attribution feature, and they are switched on. As you browse, they record where your visit came from (for example a referring website, a search engine or a campaign link), the page you entered on, how many pages you view, and information about your device, browser and IP address. If you place an order, that information is saved with the order, so we can see which sources lead to orders. They expire when you close your browser; the visit counter expires after 30 minutes without activity.
  • Wishlist cookie (bn_wishlist). If you save designs without signing in, the list of saved products is kept in this cookie on your device for 30 days.
  • Sign-in cookies are used only by our own staff when they sign in to manage the site.

Payment cookies. Stripe’s payment tools load on our product, cart and checkout pages to show the payment fields and express payment buttons. They set their own cookies or use similar technology (for example cookies named __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid) to prevent fraud and keep payments secure. If you choose PayPal, you complete your payment on PayPal’s website, where PayPal’s own cookies apply.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we have not added third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, the cart and checkout may not work, and how you arrived will not be recorded.

Do Not Track and tracking across websites

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our website does not change how it works in response to that signal. We have not added third-party analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools to our website. Our own order-source cookies record only how you arrived at and moved around our site; they do not follow you across other websites. The Google Fonts request described above still sends your IP address and browser details to Google.

How long we keep it

We have not set up automatic deletion of personal information on our website. This is what happens today:

  • Orders. Order records, including cancelled, failed and refunded orders and the IP address and browser details recorded with them, are kept for tax, accounting and customer-service purposes. They are not deleted or anonymized automatically.
  • Form entries. Entries from our contact, wholesale, ambassador, pickup-planning, newsletter and waitlist forms, and the IP address and browser details recorded with them, are stored on our website and are not deleted automatically.
  • Email. Copies of form notifications and of emails in our support inbox stay there until we delete them.
  • Backups and logs. Our hosting provider keeps backups and server logs on its own schedule.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described under Your choices and requests. We may keep information we need for tax and accounting records, for an unresolved complaint, dispute or legal matter, for a pickup that is still open, or when the law requires it. If we introduce set retention periods, we will update this policy.

Your choices and requests

  • Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
  • See, correct or delete your information. Email support@wearbn.com from the email address you used with us, or tell us your order number. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request. We will tell you if we need to keep some information, for example order records we keep for tax and accounting.
  • Cookies. You can control them in your browser, as described above.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you additional rights over your personal information.

Children

Our website is for a general audience, and parents and guardians shop our youth collection for young people. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Ambassador applicants must be 13 or older: the application asks for an age range first and does not accept or store an application from anyone who selects under 13. Applicants aged 13 to 17 must add a parent or guardian’s email address, and we include that parent or guardian when we follow up. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact support@wearbn.com and we will delete it.

Security

We protect information with measures such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website, an encrypted connection when our website sends email through our mail server, and limiting who can view stored form entries in our website’s dashboard to our site administrators. Once an email leaves our mail server, whether it stays encrypted on the way to you depends on your email provider. No website, email or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
